At least between April and October. The rest of the year is perfect, and decidedly better than some other locations the CG has lived. I've forgotten what ice is, actually, unless you count those cubes what cool my drink. Then perhaps you can seek out some cycling elegance from other parts of the world (near and far) with warm to hot climates. At least you can cycle year round without fear of ice! Do you live in a location where a cachmere muffler would be appropriate gentleman's cycling attire in the colder months? This is wonderful.
